We bought the vehicle 2 months ago at a Fred Beans VW dealership in Doylestown PA. It was a used vehicle with 40,000 miles and we purchased an extended warranty. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle, we noticed one of the sensors having an issue. We called the Doylestown dealership, and we were told it is covered 100% by the warranty and that we can bring it to our local VW dealership (Ciocca VW Williamsport) to have it fixed at no cost to us. After they completed the diagnostic, we were told by Ciocca VW dealership in Williamsport PA that we had to cover the entire cost since the sensor and wires had been previously replaced by the former vehicle owner. We were not happy and notified the Fred Bean VW dealership where we purchased the vehicle, and they said that they would do all the repairs with no cost to us because it was in fact covered by our warranty. Fred Bean VW went above and beyond by bringing a beautiful loaner vehicle to us and driving our vehicle back for the repair. The distance is over 2 1/2 hours away. For the future, myself, my family, and anyone I know will not be using the Ciocca VW of Williamsport.

We had a recall that needed to be taken care of. They said it could take about an hour to an hour and a half. They might be a rental car and if not someone will take you were you would like to go. When we arrived the time jumped to two hours to two and a half hours. They don't even have rentals for people to take and there was no one around to take you to another place. I really wish this process would of been better.

The attention to detail and communication throughout the service process was great! I love that to do a video walk around, both Corey and the service tech were very . But I did not appreciate a quote for four badly needed tires was the fact that the quote was $600 (50%) higher than what I had previously sourced elsewhere.
