    I was pleased that my appointment time was respected. They completed the service within a reasonable amount of time. My car was returned without grease smears and debris inside like I had experienced at other dealerships. I will return to Ciocca for all my VW service needs.

    I can’t get over how amazing Alyssa (the service advisor) is! She was constantly keeping me in the loop and updating me, so much to a point she put in extra work to contact me while their systems were having some issues and their text messaging wasn’t working. My car seems to have issue after issue (a lemon some would say) and Cody has been patient and helpful throughout the process. Can’t explain how much it means to actually feel heard and understood when taking your car in for service!!

    Super nice, and very helpful ladies handling the service consultant contact with customers. Comfortable chairs to sit if waiting for your service, and surprisingly good coffee.
