    Have been waiting for a repair on one of the floormat anchors, front drivers side, since last Spring. No one at Ciocca or Volkswagen knows how to repair or replace it. This is a "major" safety issue. My next move I guess will be to report it to NHTSA and the PA AG.

    We recently had an inspection and oil change completed with Ciocca, our vehicle was originally purchased at Fairfield and everything was transferred to ciocca where all agreements were supposed to be upheld. We were charged for the state inspection which was supposed to be free lifetime inspections, this was never communicated that they were no longer honoring the signed contract, furthermore the vehicle was left absolutely filthy with stains all over the passengers seat. When we asked to speak to someone the “manager” was not in and there was no one else that we could speak to. I requested a call and still have not received a call back, I even attempted to call and was forwarded to voicemail with no return call. The lack of communication and respect leaves me baffled and wondering how they still operate a business. 0/10 do not go to ciocca.

    Currently there is only 1 technician working on vehicles. This created a longer wait time to have my vehicle serviced. The staff were very sympathetic and helped look at all options to have my vehicle fixed quickly. While it took a longer time than usual- their communication and compassion for my challenge, was heard and I felt they tried their best with what options they had. They apologized and kept me updated frequently,
